My delivery is late this morning
This can happen occasionally due to traffic or weather. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and area, and we'll check with the delivery person and update you right away.
I didn't receive my delivery today
Sorry about that. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice — we'll look into what happened and arrange a makeup delivery or adjust your billing for the missed day.
Can I change my delivery time?
We currently deliver each morning on a fixed round. If you need a different time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can work out for your area.
Quality concerns
The milk quality wasn't as expected
Please tell us right away over WhatsApp — ideally with a photo — so we can look into it with our sourcing team and make it right for your next delivery.
The packaging arrived damaged or leaking
Let us know on WhatsApp the same day with a photo if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or adjust your billing for that delivery.
Orders and billing
I want to change my daily quantity or plan
Message us on WhatsApp any time with your new quantity (1 L–4.5 L) or plan (Daily, Weekly, Mid-Month, Monthly), and we'll update it from your next delivery.
I made a UPI payment but it's not reflecting
Send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation on WhatsApp and we'll verify and confirm it on our end, usually within a few hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Message us on WhatsApp whenever you'd like to stop deliveries. There's no form to fill — we'll confirm the last delivery date with you directly.
